WHO WE ARE

The Osage County Assessor's Office has been diligently working to provide county taxpayers with a more useful and practical all-in-one online data resource tool to provide information about property values and up to date knowledge about the assessment process. At your convenience this online data resource will enable you to search information by owner name, physical address, account numbers, and cadastral by clicking on the real search property below. The tab "Links" will direct you to other offices in the county and provide the link for ag permit cards and renewals.

The Osage County Assessor's Office wants all county taxpayers to be up to date and in the know when it comes to how our office operates. Did you know that the Assessor's office does not set your tax rate or collect taxes? Our job is solely to assess property and ensure that all property is equally valued fairly in accordance to Title 68 Section 2815 of the Ad Valorem tax code. We have provided a video below that explains the duties of our office more in depth.
